2.1. Shore Term Rentals provides information related to property management and listing services for owners properties, or opportunities for stays at our properties for guests. These services are performed in conjunction with our partnership with Melrose Realty (Real Estate Broker).
2.2. Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our website.
3. User Obligations
3.1. You agree not to:
a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations. b. Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. c. Interfere with the security or functionality of the website. d. Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. e. Engage in any form of abusive, offensive, or harmful conduct.
